HAYDEN HOUSE is a private residence that offers a detached, 2nd floor carriage house for rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Your private quarters offers a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom & living room. Relax under the spacious cathederal ceilings while you enjoy the comfortable mix of new and antique furnishings. Your accommodations include all utilities plus central air, Wi Fi, & cable TV.
HAYDEN HOUSE is located in South Bend's premier W. Washington National Historic District. This quiet retreat offers a bird's eye view of the treetops while being conveniently located in the heart of downtown South Bend. Located only two miles to Notre Dame campus, we are just blocks from the Center for History, Studebaker National Museum, South Bend Museum of Art, South Bend Chocolate Café, Tippecanoe Place, Morris Performing Arts Center & many more regional attractions. Perfect for the business traveler, vacations, Notre Dame special events as well as the romantic get-away for two. Let us welcome you to our "home away from home"
HAYDEN HOUSE is a non-smoking facility with off-street parking located steps from your front door. This rental will comfortably sleep four adults. Sorry, no household pets but we will gladly accommodate service animals. For payment, we accept cash, checks or most major credit cards. A modest down payment will hold your room with a 30 day cancellation policy. Room rates start surprisingly low, please call or write for rates and availability.
